What information do we process and why?
Newsletter and marketing. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we will process your email address and possibly your name to send you information about the festival. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in each message.
Contacts. When you contact us, we process your contact information and the content of your message to handle the matter. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your contact.
Website usage. We collect technical information about your use of the website, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. The basis for strictly necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in the functionality of the website; the basis for analytics and marketing cookies is your consent.
Event-related photography. Photos and videos will be taken at the festival site for marketing and documentation purposes. The basis is our legitimate interests. You can request the removal of your photo by contacting us.
Age control. The event is K-18. Upon entry, we will check age against ID, but we will not store any information.
Ticket sales
Tickets are sold on the Lippu.fi service (Lippupiste Oy), which acts as an independent data controller for purchase data. Ticket purchases are subject to Lippupiste's own privacy policy. We only receive the information necessary to organize the event from Lippupiste.
Data transfer and processors
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

Some service providers are located outside the EU and EEA. In such cases, transfers are based on the European Commission's standard clauses or adequacy decision.
Storage time
We only keep information for as long as necessary. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. Contacts are kept for a maximum of two years. Accounting information is kept for the six years required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to inspect the data concerning you, correct incorrect data, request deletion of data, restrict or object to processing, and transfer the data you have provided from one system to another. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
